Ingredients
1 1/3 cups unsweetened peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Sweet Best Erythritol
Instructions
1.Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Combine the unsweetened peanut butter, vanilla extract, melted butter, unsweetened coconut flakes and unsweetened cocoa powder, and Sweet Best Erythritol. Stir until well combined.
3.Using a medium ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and place onto your prepared baking sheet. Flatten the dough.
4.Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set. 5.Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
