Ingredients
Crust
8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
1 ¼ cup Baking Essentials almond flour
2 tablespoons Sweet Best Erythritol
Cheesecake Filling
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ cup Sweet Best Erythritol
1 cups Sweet Best Sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°
2.Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, lightly spray with cooking spray and set aside.
3.Melt butter
4.Combine butter, Baking Essentials almond flour and Sweet Best Erythritol. Mix well.
5.Pat crust into pan and bake for 6 minutes
Cheesecake Filling
1.Combine cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and Sweet Best Erythritol in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
2.Fold in Sweet Best Sugar-Free chocolate chips
3.Evenly press the cheesecake filling into the pan and bake 30 minutes until a toothpick placed in the center comes out clean.
