Ingredients
Waffle
4 tablespoons Baking Essentials Extra Fine Almond Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Baking Essentials Xanthan Gum
1.5 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp Sweet Best Erythritol
salt
1 medium egg
2 tbsp butter – melted
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1 ½ tablespoon Sweet Best Erythritol
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
1. Whisk together the waffle ingredients. Pour onto the waffle iron and close the hatch. Cook for 2 minutes or until a nice brown color.
2. Combine the topping ingredients into a pan and over low heat stir until the cream cheese has melted.
3. Place the waffles onto a plate and spoon the cream cheese frosting on top!
