Keto Waffles

Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 teaspoon golden flaxseed
4 oz cream cheese 
½ cup Baking Essentials Extra Fine Almond Flour
2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Sweet Best Erythritol
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

2. Grease a waffle iron with cooking spray or butter. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Enjoy!
