Ingredients
3 egg whites
1 egg
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup Baking Essentials Extra Fine Almond Flour
1/4 cup Baking Essentials coconut flour
2 tablespoons whole psyllium husks
1 teaspoon baking powder
sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Mix the dry ingredients. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth, about 20 seconds. Don’t over-mix the dough.
3. Let the dough rest for a few minutes so the flours can absorb the moisture.
4. With wet hands, separate the dough into 4 equal portions and form into rolls.
5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or seeds of choice
