Ingredients
2 cups Baking Essentials Extra Fine Almond Flour
1 ¾ cup whey protein isolate
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon Baking Essentials xanthan gum
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
10 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
200g shredded cheese
130ml water
salt & pepper
Instructions
1.Cook bacon until crispy
2.Melt the butter in the same pan used for cooking the bacon.
3.Mix the Baking Essentials Extra Fine almond flour, whey isolate, garlic, oregano, parsley, baking powder, Baking Essentials xanthan gum, salt and pepper.
4.Combine the almond flour mixture with the sour cream and melted butter and mix well.
5.Pour in the water and stir until the batter becomes thick.
6.Mix in the cheddar cheese and bacon.
7.Pour into a lined 8×4 loaf pan.
8.Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
9.Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting open.
