Thus, the texture and consistency of the product where the gel is being applied to is not affected. Aside from this, the color of the finished product doesn’t fade even for a long time. It can be used to color royal icing, buttercream, rolled fondant, french macarons, cookie dough, bread dough, cake batter, whipped toppings & icings, gum paste, marzipan, and pastillage.
