Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz cold heavy cream
4 tablepoons sour cream
¼ cup Sweet Best Stevia + Erythritol
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
1/3 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
1.Combine the cream cheese and Sweet Best Stevia + Erythritol and using a paddle attachment, mix on medium-low speed until creamy.
2.Add vanilla extract and sour cream and beat until well blended.
3.Switch to a whisk attachment and pour in the heavy cream. Whip until the mixture can hold stiff peaks.
4.Divide the mixture between the glasses, top with chopped strawberries and serve.
