Coconut Flour Keto Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 egg
2  tablespoon  butter softened
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 

2.Combine all ingredients and mix well.

3.Flatten dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Cover with another piece of parchment and use a rolling pin to spread out 14 by 9 inches. 

4.Slice with a pizza cutter (1 inch squares) and bake for 15 minutes.

5.Slice again with a pizza cutter. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes until browned and crisp. Cool completely then store in an air tight container.
